He’s Roger Viusà from Barcelona, Sommelier in the hotel Omm, the Best European Sommelier WSA for 2008. In an hard final he defeated Andrea Gori for a few points, showing good relationship qualities and a perfect knowledge of european languages, together with a genuine passion for wine.
I ‘am not so happy with that but I must admit that Roger is really in love with wine and has a special energy that he’s able to touch the person around him. Yesterday the tension was really high but he managed to act like in his restaurant. Now I’am really looking forward to visit him in Barcellona!
