It’s not summer without our Ferragosto BBQ! On August 15th, the BBQ in front of Palagina residence returns… an occasion to celebrate together the warm summer that’s beginning to loosen its grip. Il Ristoro with Burde has organized a themed dinner to celebrate together this summer day with an open grill in front of the residence, the venue of many celebrations and weddings throughout the year, with a spectacular sunset view of Pratomagno.

The menu includes buffet appetizers (mixed crostini, focaccia, cold cuts and cheeses), our summer Gran Grigliata (pork ribs, sausage, Valdarno chicken thigh, scamerita, sliced beef and steak), Prato biscuits, water, coffee and watermelon! Paired with Valdarno DOC wines and more, as you’ll have access to our well-stocked cellar, champagne included…
